Ellucian Banner Developer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Ellucian Banner Developer, this full-time remote position will design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise solutions within the Ellucian Banner ecosystem, focusing on Banner Student, HR, and Financials while utilizing PL/SQL, Banner APIs, web services, Python, and Unix/Linux scripting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom reports, extracts, interfaces, and integrations within the Ellucian Banner environment
- Develop and troubleshoot Banner APIs and integration services using PL/SQL, web services, Python, and Unix/Linux scripting
- Collaborate with functional analysts, system administrators, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Ellucian Banner
- Strong experience with Banner Student, HR, and Financials modules
- Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development skills, including complex SQL queries and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with REST and/or SOAP web services and API integrations
- Strong Python scripting and Unix/Linux shell scripting skills
