Job Summary

Seeking experienced higher education professionals, the part-time contract Ellucian Colleague Consultant for Student Accounts Receivable will provide functional consulting, implementation support, and troubleshooting for the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting, implementation support, training, and troubleshooting related to the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module
• Assess and improve higher education institutional business processes related to student billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions for system implementations and optimizations

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of direct experience in a college or university student accounts environment
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience with the Ellucian Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module
• Professional experience in roles such as Bursar, Director of Student Accounts, or higher education consultant
• Demonstrated expertise in student billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
• Strong understanding of student accounts operations within higher education institutions
