Job Summary
Email and CRM Manager, responsible for executing and optimizing CRM-driven marketing strategies across various channels in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with promotional campaigns and customer engagement
- Plan and execute automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns while streamlining customer communications
- Manage CRM performance analytics and reporting to identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC environments
- Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms such as Iterable or SendGrid
- Strong technical proficiency with HTML/CSS for email editing and QA
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing frameworks
