Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email & CRM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute lifecycle campaigns to support subscription acquisition and retention
  • Develop and deploy impactful email campaigns and A/B tests
  • Design and maintain automated customer journeys across critical lifecycle stages
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
  • Proven experience supporting subscription or repeat-purchase business models
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles and retention strategies
  • Experience with Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting
