Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Email and SMS Marketing Associate will manage monthly campaigns, optimize automated journeys, and analyze performance metrics to enhance customer acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute monthly email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely launches and alignment with marketing goals
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to optimize automated email and SMS journeys based on performance data
• Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, SMS, or digital marketing
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, including campaign execution, flows, segmentation, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in campaign reviews and customer communications
