A company is looking for an Email and SMS Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing efforts across email and SMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all email and SMS marketing efforts from strategy through execution and reporting
• Build, deploy, and optimize campaigns, flows, and automations within Klaviyo
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in email and SMS marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and reporting
• Proven ability to own and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and driving decisions from insights
• Experience using AI tools to generate and optimize marketing content
