Job Summary

Owning the email and SMS retention strategy, the full-time Retention Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth by optimizing campaigns and customer journeys while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage email and SMS retention strategies and campaigns
• Build and optimize customer flows in Klaviyo, including welcome and replenishment sequences
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance retention metrics and overall CRM performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable retention and revenue growth
• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
