Email and SMS Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing agency, the full-time Sr. Email & SMS Strategist will develop actionable channel strategies, connect them to broader customer experiences, and lead discovery efforts to synthesize insights for strategic improvements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals into email and SMS strategies across customer journeys
• Guide cross-functional teams in executing strategies and ensure alignment with performance targets
• Define measurement approaches to track channel performance and inform roadmap prioritization

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in email, SMS, or owned-channel strategy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and journey mapping
• Ability to translate data insights into campaign improvements
• Proven ability to communicate strategic concepts clearly with cross-functional partners
