Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Email Automation Specialist will manage email design and automation processes in Braze, ensuring high-quality production and implementing AI-driven QA systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and manage email templates and content catalogs in Braze, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications
• Design and implement AI-driven QA processes to validate email content and links before human review, maintaining a high quality of output
• Support campaign management by providing validated templates and content setups, ensuring accurate and timely email launches

Required qualifications

• Strong systems thinking with a focus on detail and error-free output
• Practical experience in building automation workflows in a production environment
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email troubleshooting and updates
• Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems
• Familiarity with UTM tracking and campaign attribution processes
