Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, schedule, and launch email campaigns from start to finish
• Manage audience segmentation and maintain email lists for targeted campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable reports for optimization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or B2C lead generation
• Strong hands-on experience with email campaign platforms and automation, preferably GoHighLevel
• Proven experience with audience segmentation and email list management
• Experience building and managing automated email workflows
• Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and reporting
