Email CRM Designer

Job Summary

Focusing on developing scalable email templates, the remote Freelance Email/CRM Designer will create visually engaging emails for campaigns, establish a cohesive visual system, and refine templates based on feedback, all while working approximately 40 hours per week on a contract basis for about four weeks.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop modular and reusable email templates aligned with branding and campaign objectives
• Create visually engaging emails for upcoming campaigns using established templates
• Refine and improve templates based on early deployment feedback and stakeholder input

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience creating marketing or CRM email templates
• Portfolio showcasing email templates and lifecycle or campaign work
• Strong knowledge of responsive design best practices for email
• Familiarity with email platform constraints such as HTML and responsiveness
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining design quality
