Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email / CRM Manager to execute and scale their lifecycle and retention marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize CRM strategy across various channels to drive engagement and retention
  • Plan and lead automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns while ensuring alignment with promotional strategies
  • Manage CRM platforms and analytics to track performance and identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC environments
  • Proven success in defining CRM strategy and automation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms like Iterable or SendGrid
  • Strong technical proficiency with HTML/CSS for email editing and QA
