Email Deliverability Director

Job Summary

Owning the email deliverability strategy, the full-time remote Email Deliverability Director will build and manage the infrastructure necessary to ensure customers' emails reach the primary inbox, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance deliverability tooling and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Postscript's email deliverability strategy, including IP pool architecture and authentication standards
• Serve as the senior deliverability expert for brands, diagnosing inbox-placement issues and leading onboarding processes
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create deliverability tools and processes that scale across the platform

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of email deliverability experience, preferably with an ESP or high-volume sending platform
• Strong technical knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and sender reputation management
• Experience managing deliverability for bulk/high-volume senders, including troubleshooting blocklistings
• Familiarity with Google Postmaster Tools and compliance with mailbox-provider requirements
• Understanding of e-commerce and DTC brands, with a focus on how email drives revenue
