Email Deliverability Director

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and infrastructure for email deliverability, the full-time remote Director, Email Deliverability will build and manage Postscript's email deliverability function, ensuring customers' emails reach the primary inbox while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the end-to-end email deliverability strategy, including IP pool architecture and domain management
• Serve as the senior deliverability expert for customer programs, diagnosing issues and providing actionable remediation plans
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create deliverability tooling and establish scalable processes for thousands of senders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated email deliverability experience, preferably at an ESP or high-volume sending platform
• Deep technical knowledge of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and sender reputation management
• Hands-on experience with diagnosing and remediating inbox-placement issues for bulk senders
• Fluency with Google Postmaster Tools and familiarity with evolving mailbox-provider requirements
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and DTC brands, with a focus on how email drives revenue
