Key Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and guidance on best practices to improve email deliverability for clients
• Manage onboarding projects and retainer-based strategic projects focused on optimizing inbox placement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain the health of the email ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Deliverability role at an Email Service Provider (ESP)
• Proven experience managing deliverability for high-volume senders and multi-domain environments
• Strong knowledge of email authentication frameworks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Experience analyzing large data sets to derive insights
• Understanding of legal and compliance requirements for email (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
