Email Deliverability Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing deliverability function, the remote Email Deliverability Specialist will serve as a knowledgeable resource for teams and customers, manage migrations, build ISP relationships, and conduct performance analysis to enhance email deliverability outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor for email deliverability challenges, providing consistent guidance to teams and customers
• Manage high-volume sender migrations, ensuring IP warm-up and transitions protect sending reputation
• Conduct deliverability assessments and provide actionable reporting to improve performance over time

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in email deliverability or related technical disciplines
• Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals, including authentication protocols and ISP evaluations
• Experience managing IP warm-up processes and sender reputation during migrations
• Ability to analyze deliverability data and translate findings into clear recommendations
• Experience establishing processes or best practices in a technical specialty area
