• Design and iterate high-performing email campaigns and automated flows
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to enhance creative concepts
• Contribute to A/B testing strategies and maintain strong file organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience designing high-volume email campaigns for DTC brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven design work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo
