Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience designing email campaigns for DTC brands
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of email best practices and conversion hierarchy
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting performance data
