Email Engineer

Job Summary

To support cloud migration initiatives and ensure high availability of enterprise email services, the full-time Email Engineer will design, administer, and modernize Microsoft Exchange environments, including Exchange Online and hybrid configurations, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments, including mailbox provisioning and mail flow configuration
• Implement and maintain Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and troubleshoot complex messaging issues across cloud and on-premises environments
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency while partnering with security teams to ensure compliance controls are in place

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange deployments
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Solid understanding of mail flow, SMTP, and DNS concepts
