• Ability to independently manage a high-volume email program with flawless technical execution
• Advanced ability to translate performance metrics into actionable optimization strategies
• Deep understanding of CDP architecture and data schemas for effective audience targeting
• Experience thriving in complex, multi-brand environments with operational agility
