Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Administrator for their fully remote marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, target audience segments, and customer journey stages
  • Create compelling and relevant email content, including copywriting, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs), while adhering to brand guidelines and optimizing for mobile responsiveness
  • Segment subscriber lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted email experiences that resonate with different audience segments
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing campaign management and execution
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot (Certified Preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and GDPR compliance, email list segmentation, and hygiene
  • Experience with design - to build new campaign templates and update existing campaigns
