Job Summary
Supporting the organization's email marketing initiatives, the part-time Email Marketing Assistant will design and schedule campaigns, manage subscriber databases, and analyze campaign performance while working remotely with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Design and schedule promotional and fundraising email campaigns aligned with organizational goals
- Assist in managing the subscriber database, including targeting, segmentation, and lead generation
- Analyze email campaign performance and subscriber growth, providing reports and implementing retention strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or three years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in email automation platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Experience with lead generation and SMS tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot email deliverability issues
