Email Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day aspects of the email marketing program, the full-time Email Marketing Associate will develop, draft, and execute mass market email communications to enhance engagement with supporters and donors, while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, produce, execute, and track email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Email Marketing Manager
• Ensure accuracy and proper segmentation of email sends through the approval process
• Create monthly stewardship emails for specific donor segments in partnership with local site teams

Required qualifications

• Experience in email marketing or digital communications
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of fundraising and donor engagement strategies
