Job Summary

To enhance online engagement, the full-time remote Email Marketing Associate will manage email marketing strategies, optimize content for usability and conversion rates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on web development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, incorporating SEO tactics and best practices
• Collaborate with web development and user experience teams to ensure effective website design and functionality
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in New Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital media production and internet technologies
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email platforms, preferably Eloqua
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign optimization techniques
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
