Job Summary

Client-focused and highly organized, the full-time remote Campaign Delivery Manager will oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure outstanding service while coordinating campaign operations in the financial and investment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and high satisfaction
• Coordinate campaign launches and monitor delivery, addressing any performance issues proactively
• Track campaign results against KPIs and prepare performance summaries for clients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, or client services
• Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with performance-based advertising models such as CPA and CPC
