Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to create and manage email marketing campaigns focused on property marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute email marketing eblasts in HubSpot for property listings and closed deals
• Ensure all emails are correctly formatted, proofread, and meet brand standards before deployment
• Organize and manage email marketing requests, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in marketing or a related discipline preferred
• 4-7+ years of professional experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate or closely related professional services
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
