Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Format, test, and distribute HTML email drafts while collaborating with Business Development teams and stakeholders
• Build and segment distribution lists in the CRM database for targeted email campaigns
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and maintain documentation of best practices

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in a professional services organization
• Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms
• Intermediate HTML knowledge required
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and OneNote
