Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Email Marketing Coordinator will manage the execution of email campaigns, collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts, and oversee database management to ensure optimal deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop cohesive email cadences that align with outreach efforts
• Oversee database health by performing monthly updates, segmenting lists, and cleaning contact data

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on email marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience utilizing major ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaigner, or Klaviyo
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email layouts
• Strong proofreading skills and the ability to write engaging subject lines and clear calls-to-action
