A company is looking for an Email Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all CRM channels including email, SMS, loyalty programs, and direct mail
  • Develop marketing calendars and campaign planning processes
  • Lead customer segmentation analytics, testing strategies, and team management

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in email + SMS marketing management
  • DTC Apparel/Fashion experience
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Sendlane, or similar tools
  • Experience working on a customer loyalty program is a plus
