Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to support business goals
Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including planning, creation, testing, deployment, and performance tracking
Implement and optimize email nurture programs to drive lead generation and prospect engagement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in email marketing required
3+ years of hands-on experience working directly in Marketo required
Strong knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce required
Experience with HTML/CSS preferred
