• Define and monitor key performance indicators across the email funnel

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or newsletter publishing
• 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring team members
• Proven experience developing and executing email growth strategies
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
• Strong expertise in email segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing
