Email Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-impact email marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own email strategy across the funnel and build optimize nurture programs
• Integrate email into ABM programs and manage campaign builds, workflows, and automation in HubSpot
• Own reporting on engagement and pipeline influence, and manage A/B testing roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of B2B or financial services email marketing experience
• Proven experience in building and optimizing nurture programs in complex sales cycles
• Strong expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting
• Experience supporting enterprise or target account marketing motions
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
