Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in email marketing or newsletter publishing
• 1 year of experience managing or mentoring team members
• Proven experience developing and executing email growth strategies
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
• Strong expertise in email segmentation and A/B testing
