Job Summary
Driving customer engagement and revenue impact, the full-time Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing within cross-channel programs, working remotely to enhance customer experiences through data-driven insights and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable, data-driven email campaign plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead project management for campaign execution, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to generate insights and optimize customer journeys across lifecycle stages
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 4-7+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience managing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders
