Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Email Marketing Manager to remotely grow, engage, and optimize a newsletter audience across a portfolio of B2B media brands, focusing on building lifecycle programs, improving subscriber engagement, and leveraging data for strategic recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Build and optimize subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and win-back programs across multiple newsletter audiences
- Develop lifecycle email journeys for different subscriber cohorts, brands, and audience segments
- Monitor newsletter and lifecycle performance, identify trends, and recommend ways to improve engagement, retention, and revenue opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or audience development
- Experience managing email or newsletter programs with audiences of 100,000+ subscribers
- Hands-on experience building lifecycle programs, including automated journeys
- Proficiency with ESPs or marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Strong ability to translate email performance data into actionable recommendations for growth and engagement
