Job Summary
Owning the development and execution of customer communication strategies, the contract Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager will work remotely to manage lifecycle campaigns, optimize user journeys, and analyze performance metrics to drive user engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Execute lifecycle campaigns by building, scheduling, and sending email communications for onboarding and retention across B2C and B2B audiences
- Optimize user journeys through data-driven insights and propose new automated programs to enhance user activation and retention
- Analyze campaign performance proactively, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement metrics
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Iterable for building campaigns, journeys, and audience segmentation
- Proven track record of optimizing email campaigns to enhance user activation and retention
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies across CRM/email channels
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly with product, design, and operations teams
