Seeking an experienced Email Marketing Operations Manager for a part-time, remote contract role, who will manage audience segmentation, email design, and campaign deployment while tracking performance and optimizing results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audience segmentation and email list development
• Design and build emails within marketing automation platforms
• Oversee campaign deployment, scheduling, and performance tracking

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of email marketing operations experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strongly preferred experience with Marketo
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end email campaign execution independently
