Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the execution of email campaigns from ideation and design to launch and analysis
• Oversee daily email program operations, including sprint planning, timeline management, and tracking milestones and dependencies
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to optimize performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2C email marketing
• 5+ years of project management experience with proficiency in project management tools and Agile workflows
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and campaign measurement
• Solid understanding of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
