Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support email marketing efforts including workflow management, HTML evaluation, list validation, and reporting
• Analyze email campaign performance to optimize future campaigns and identify testing opportunities
• Manage email templates in Salesforce CRM to ensure consistent messaging to prospective and current students

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with major Email Service Providers (ESP) including campaign deployment and performance analysis
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, GA360, and Salesforce CRM
• Ability to read and edit HTML code for email content adjustments
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability and database hygiene
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
