Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize outbound marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production, scheduling, and deployment of outbound communications and conduct post-mortem analyses
• Act as the platform authority for the marketing automation platform, facilitating its usage for testing and personalization
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, implement personalization, and drive campaign reporting and audits

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing campaign automation and performance marketing
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Iterable is a plus
• Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset
• Experience in multi-channel marketing methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
