Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of email marketing experience with a focus on full lifecycle marketing
- Strong HTML/CSS skills for building responsive emails from scratch
- Experience with email campaign management in Braze and HubSpot
- Understanding of youth and team sports
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-step email campaigns
