Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

To support multiple HVAC brands, the part-time Freelance Email Marketing Specialist will design, build, and manage creative email marketing campaigns using ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, ensuring alignment with each brand's voice and optimizing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build email marketing campaigns for various HVAC and home service brands
• Create one-time and automated email campaigns, including promotions and customer re-engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations to improve results

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building email campaigns in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro preferred
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation
• Ability to design and write for multiple brands without reusing generic templates
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in both copy and layout
• Experience in HVAC or home services marketing is strongly preferred
