Email Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
To support marketing teams across various therapeutic areas, the contract Digital Lab Email Specialist will build and modify email content using the Knak platform, collaborate with creative agencies, and ensure compliance through the Material Review Process while working flexibly from home.
Key responsibilities
- Build and author email content for marketing teams, utilizing existing emails and modular components
- Route emails through the Material Review Process for approval and conduct thorough proofing and quality control
- Maintain email inventory and recommend enhancements to tools and content creation processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including content creation and deployment
- Experience with Knak, Figma, and Photoshop preferred
- Knowledge of email development fundamentals, including HTML/CSS
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
