Job Summary
Supporting the planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns, the full-time Email Marketing Specialist will work remotely to engage audiences and drive business results through effective email strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters and automated sequences
- Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene for accurate targeting and deliverability
- Monitor and report on key email metrics to improve campaign performance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo
- Working knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Familiarity with email compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
