Job Summary
To support the Alumni Affairs and Development division, the full-time remote Email Marketing Specialist will design and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing donor engagement and participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build signature and solicitation email campaigns targeted at alumni
- Collaborate with marketing operations and channel leads to implement integrated marketing plans
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics to assess engagement and ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Familiarity with at least one major email marketing system
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
- Experience providing consultation on email best practices and strategies
