Job Summary
To support a growing performance marketing agency, the contract Email Marketing Specialist will plan and execute email campaigns, build automated flows, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely from Italy.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run major email campaigns, including launches and deadline-driven pushes
- Build multi-email sequences to convert signups and refine automated engagement flows
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize open, click, and conversion rates
Required qualifications
- Proven experience running successful email campaigns, particularly high-stakes ones
- Expertise in using email service providers, especially Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign
- Strong understanding of responsive email design and best practices
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance email marketing workflows
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus
