Job Summary
To support a growing digital marketing company, the full-time Technical Support (Email Marketing) professional will assist customers with troubleshooting email marketing issues, resolving account inquiries, and guiding users in navigating the platform, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for email marketing concerns via chat and email
- Investigate account-related inquiries and troubleshoot delivery and performance issues
- Guide customers in understanding product features and optimizing their experience
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with software/platforms such as Jira, GoDaddy, and Slack
- Experience with SaaS email marketing platform troubleshooting
- Proficient in working with Excel/CSV or other data files
- Strong typing skills and command of English grammar for written communication
