Email Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of their email infrastructure and mail operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of email operations specialists, managing performance and growth
• Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of email infrastructure and platform reliability
• Act as the primary contact for mail-related escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in email operations or mail infrastructure environments
• 1-2+ years of team leadership or people management experience
• Strong knowledge of email protocols including SMTP, IMAP, and MIME
• Hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC implementation and troubleshooting
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex mail delivery issues in enterprise or SaaS environments
