Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation for offsite recommendations, collaborating with various internal teams
• Guide clients through email service provider integrations and recommendation placements

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on email or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• 3-5+ years of client-facing experience in sales, account management, or customer success
• Strong understanding of email ecosystems, segmentation, and personalization strategies
• Experience with AI-driven personalization or recommendation systems
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth from existing customers
