Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Email Retention Marketing for B2C eCommerce brands
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, SFMC, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Responsys
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic coding principles for email design
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and generate insights
• Experience working with larger brands as a retention marketing manager is preferred
